    Schleppende Rückzahlung, schlechtes Antwortverhalten

    Die Messer wurden ein wenig verspätet geliefert, gefielen mir nicht und ich habe sie wieder zurückgeschickt. Die Rücksendung kam am 13.3.25 bei tsume an. Erst heute (8.4.25) habe ich die Rückerstattung meiner 520€ erhalten. Auf meine Mails hat tsume entweder gar nicht oder nur mit langem Zeitverzug reagiert.
